ORAL ABSTRACTS !!!
Abstract Submissions for the Congress can be done via our website.
Abstracts for the Congress will be submitted only through the form can be found on this website. Abstracts sent via mail or e-mail will DEFINITELY NOT be accepted.
All fields in the form should be filled carefully. Especially, make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly which will be used to send your password that is obligatory to make changes to your abstract after you submit it.
Your abstract should not exceed 300 words. It is enough to copy paste your abstract which is written in MS Word with font size 11 and font type Arial. Please pay attention to this in order to avoid partial abstract submissions and errors.
Enter your abstract into the form as asked. DO NOT enter abstract into the fields where writer names and institution statements should be written.
The latest abstract submission date is 3 September 2018. Abstract form requires user-based membership.
If you do not already have an account, please fill in the form to sign up. An activation link will be sent to your e-mail address. If not, please check your Spam Folder. Please pay attention to this.
- Abstract submissions are limited to one oral and one poster abstract for each participant.
- Submissions must be both in Turkish and in English.
- Please submit your oral and poster abstracts under same account. Do not create multiple accounts.
- Abstract submitters should be registered for the Congress. Otherwise, their submissions will not be taken into evaluation.
POSTER ABSTRACTS !!!
Posters chosen eligible for 5th Herd Health and Management & 1st International Herd Health and Management Congress will be presented in poster area at boards with a size of 70*100 cm.
All texts should be written in MS Office with Times New Roman font, at 12 pt. double spaced (5mm), one column, justified both side with 30 mm space on page sides in a A4 (210*297 mm).
Headings should be short and clear and must be written lower case in bold. Explanation about the study should be marked with a footnote sign. Author/authors names and surnames must be written in bold, surnames in upper cases.
Summary should be one paragraph and not exceed 300 words. Keywords must be in alphabetical order and should not be more than 5.
All abstracts submitted for our Congress will be evaluated based on scientific criteria by at least 2 randomly selected Jury, and abstracts to be found eligible by Jury will accepted to the Congress.
